Eat cake, collect points 🤎 The Cakies Club

• Membership is free and open to individuals. One membership per person — register on our website with a valid email address.
• Please keep your profile accurate. Your phone number is how our outlets verify it's really you, and your birthday unlocks your yearly treat. Both must be filled in before you can redeem rewards.
• We may decline, suspend or close memberships that are duplicated, fraudulent or misused.

• RM1 spent = 1 point, multiplied by your kitchen rank (up to 2×).
• Online: points are earned automatically on the product subtotal after discounts (delivery fees excluded) once your order is paid.
• In store: show your member card QR (or give your phone number) at the counter at the time of purchase — our crew adds the points on the spot. Points can't be added later for past receipts.
• Points usually appear in your account within minutes.

• 🥄 Junior Cakies — 1× points · 🧁 Senior Cakies — RM400+, 1.2× · 🎂 Lead Cakies — RM1,200+, 1.5× · 👨‍🍳 Head Cakies — RM2,000+, 2×.
• Your rank is based on what you've spent this calendar year or last year, whichever is higher — so a rank you earn is yours for the rest of this year and all of next year.

• Points expire 24 months after they're earned.
• Points have no cash value, can't be transferred, sold or exchanged for money, and belong to your membership only.

If an order is refunded or cancelled, the points it earned are removed. If those points were already spent, your balance may go negative until you earn again.

• Redeem points for rewards in your Cakies Club dashboard. The catalogue rotates — rewards and their point prices may change at any time.
• When you redeem, the points are deducted immediately and a voucher is issued to your wallet. Redemptions can't be reversed once the voucher is issued (contact us for genuine mistakes — we're reasonable!).
• Some rewards are limited to once per member.

• Every voucher is single-use, and only one voucher per order can be used. Expiry dates are shown in your wallet.
• Each voucher is labelled where it works: 🛒 online only (enter the code at website checkout), 🏪 in store only (show the QR at the counter), or both.
• Vouchers do combine with our automatic cart discounts, but not with other voucher codes.
• Vouchers are personal to you, have no cash value, and no change is given. Expired vouchers can't be replaced.

Every new member receives one RM10 welcome voucher when their account is created — no purchase needed. It's valid for online orders only, and strictly one per person.

• Members ranked Senior Cakies and above receive a birthday gift at the start of their birthday month, valid until the end of that month. Once per year, and the gift depends on your rank.
• Your birthday can only be set once — contact us if you made a genuine mistake.

If we find fraud, abuse or gaming of the Club (for example fake or duplicate accounts, or misuse of vouchers), we may adjust points, void vouchers, or suspend or end the membership involved. Our transaction records are the reference in any dispute — but talk to us first, we'll always look into it properly.

We may update rewards, earning rates, ranks or these terms from time to time, and may pause or end the programme. Meaningful changes will be announced on our website. If the Club ever ends, we'll give you reasonable notice to use your points. Continuing to use the Club after a change means you accept the updated terms.

We use your name, email, phone number, birthday and purchase history solely to run the Cakies Club — your points, ranks, rewards and gifts — in line with our Privacy Policy and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
