Storage Tips

Keep it Chilled: Always store your cake in the refrigerator and enjoy it straight from the fridge — that's when the creamy layers are at their best.

Note: We use fresh dairy whipping cream, which is sensitive to temperature. Keep the cake at room temperature for no more than 1 hour. In a cooler bag with an ice pack, it stays chilled for up to 2 hours.

Shelf life: Best finished on the same day. Keep it refrigerated until serving — freshness and texture are at their peak on the day you receive it.

Transport & Travel Tips

Keep the box flat and level, away from heat and direct sun.

Travel time: under 1 hour without a cooler bag, or up to 2 hours with a cooler bag and ice pack.

All desserts should be transported by car to ensure they arrive safely.

What if I’m not home? Can I change the address last minute?

We don’t recommend changing the address last minute as it can cause issues during delivery. However, if something urgent comes up, please contact customer service right away.
