At Yoursnackies, we strive to make every dessert experience delightful. While all purchases are final, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Here's how we’re here to help:

🎂 If Something Goes Wrong

We’ve got you covered for the following situations:

1. Damaged Items

If your dessert arrives melted, broken, or in poor condition:

If we sent the wrong item:

  • Notify us within 2 hours
  • Send a photo of the incorrect item and your order number
  • Item must be unconsumed and in its original condition

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

We allow cancellations in certain timeframes:

❗ Orders that are being prepared or delivered cannot be cancelled.

To cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp/ Instagram page.

💳 Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only
  • Credit is valid for 12 months
  • Can be used on yoursnackiesdesserts.com or at any of our outlets under Yoursnackies Sdn. Bhd.
  • Store credit will be sent to your registered email

⚠️ Special Circumstances

We won’t be able to issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Late delivery due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable delays
  • Orders already in progress (prepared or shipped)

💬 How We Handle Complaints

Each case is carefully reviewed. Based on our assessment, we may offer:

  • replacement item
  • Partial or full store credit
  • refund, where applicable
