Ordering Your Desserts!

How do I order desserts?
Select your preferred cake, add it to the cart, check out, and make payment. That’s all you need to do!
Can I custom make a cake or request a written note on the cake?
We do not offer custom-made cakes or written notes on cakes. You can request small notes in the note remark section.
Does ordering a cake include any add-ons?
Yes, we offer 1 candle, 1 small Happy Birthday topper, and a plastic knife. Additional items can be purchased in the add-ons section.
Can I pick up my desserts or have them delivered to my house?
Yes, pick-up is available at our Cheras & The Exchange TRX outlets. Delivery is available within Klang Valley.
Can I choose a specific time for delivery?
We don’t offer specific delivery times, but you can choose a delivery time range at checkout.
What are the pick-up times?
Everyday! Monday to Sunday
Cheras Maluri branch: 1pm - 10pm
The Exchange TRX: 10am-10pm
We recommend to pick up before 9.30pm.
When should I order my cake?
You can order anytime before 48hours in advance! Some cakes are available for next-day delivery/pick-up, while others require a two-day pre-order. Feel free to reach out our customer service through WhatsApp or Instagram!
Can I request a card message?
Yes! Just leave us a note at the remark, and we’ll write the message for you.
Can I change my order pick-up or delivery date?
Contact our customer service via WhatsApp or Instagram 48 hours before the delivery date to change the date.

Will I receive notifications for delivery or pick-up?
Yes! You’ll receive a WhatsApp message with a driver tracking link for delivery and a reminder for pick-up orders.
What if I don’t receive a notification in the morning?
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
What kind of vehicle is used for delivery, or should I use for pick-up?
All desserts should be transported by car to ensure they arrive safely.
What if I’m not home? Can I change the address last minute?
We don’t recommend changing the address last minute as it can cause issues during delivery. However, if something urgent comes up, please contact customer service right away.
Can I pick up my order before the selected time?
For changes, contact customer service via WhatsApp or Instagram.
