• Full payment is required at the time of placing an order.

4. Pick-Up and Delivery

• Same-day pickup is subject to availability and cut-off time.
• For pre-orders, please ensure date and time selection is accurate during checkout.
• We are not liable for delays due to third-party delivery providers once the order leaves our store.

5. Changes & Cancellations

• No refunds or cancellations are allowed once an order is confirmed.
• For date/time changes, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance (subject to approval and availability).
• Orders with fresh fruits or mochi are non-transferable or refundable due to their perishability.

Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy. Please inform us in advance of any allergies. We are not responsible for allergic reactions.
